In today lifestyle, food plays a vital role for a healthy living body. Food give us energy for day to day work and essential nutrients to our body hence it is our responsibility to have food with proper rich nutrients and vulnerable source of energy which are essential for our body.


But now a days with busy schedules of peoples,unwanted cravings and munching of junk food is destroying the proper intake of essential nutrients to the body .


In order to leading a healthy lifestyle we should always need to consume the food with proper nutrients which can help our body to attain immunity and keep our body fit and fine :) 

The main reason of eating junk food is lack of time and craving for junk food mostly for the snacks . Hence we should avoid unhealthy junk food as snacks and should adopt some good habit of eating Healthy Stuffs as Snacks ;)

Below are the some healthy snacks options :

  • Fruits as Snacks -
Fruits are a vital part of our diet as they are loaded with healthy nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and proteins. But not many of us are aware that there are some fruits that may increase the blood sugar level. Health experts also say that eating these fruits can raise our sugar levels, which can lead to various health issues. Hence, eating them in moderation is the key to healthy living.

Some Preferable fruits to eat as snack -

Berries and cherries
Blueberries, strawberries, raspberries and blackberries are all packed with cell reinforcement antioxidants and vitamins. These little fibre bombs are the healthiest natural products you can eat. Berries like strawberries and raspberries are astounding when eaten with grilled meats and in servings of mixed greens.
Cherries are also similar to berries in terms of their antioxidant value. They have a bit higher natural sugar content, but they still have low-carb content and are an excellent source of important fibre.
Kiwis
If you've got digestive gripes, then Kiwi is your super-fruit. People who have irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) should consume two kiwis a day. Kiwi can lead to reduction of IBS symptoms. Kiwi, especially the skin, is high in fibre and pre-biotic complex carbohydrates.
Apples
Apples are an incredible source of fibre. The skin of the fruit contains quercetin, a cancer prevention agent that packs antihistamine. Thus, apples shield you from heart illness and many other diseases.
Banana
This super-fruit is packed with potassium, which can keep your pulse rate in control. Bananas also help in improving your digestive system.

Yogurt i.e Dahi (In India) a protein diet may help reduce hunger, boost metabolism, and build muscle. Greek yogurt is an excellent source of calcium, which can help to improve bone health

    Soups can be made easily and also a filling snack , it can be any of soup as vegetable soup or fruit soups.

    Brown breads are way better than of those maida breads . Brown breads i.e Whole Wheat Breads are very healthy snacks option as Sandwiches or Toasted breads with your desired tea or coffee

    Barley ( commonly known as Sattu in India ) is one of my favorite snack option as it is very filling and tasty .It is made up of chana , we can also say it as Chana Atta by which we can make Sweet Smoothie or Salted type Snack with onions and other spices.                                                                                            
  6. Protein Bars             
                                                                                                                                                                                                     Protein Bars can be also used as snacks as it is better than high calories chocolates and other packed items , protien bars are easily available in the markets but In my opinion they are bit expensive snack option .
